My experience wasn't the best. My order seemed to have gotten lost in the system. Even though I received order confirmations, it took 2 follow up e-mails to get my order. I placed the order at the beginning of the month thinking I had plenty of time. 2 weeks later, still no shipping confirmation. I did receive my order, about 4 days before the event. Still with no shipping confirmation ever being sent. I do thank you for taking the time to correct the error and was pleased with the pens.

The pens make a very good conversational piece. They win everyone's attention. P.S. I would've ordered a lot more if the pens were at least $l.99 or $2.00 a piece, no matter how many you buy.

I am planning a baby shower for my new grandson. I decided to pick a favor that all of my guests would be able to use. I chose It is a Boy stock pen which you can choice 4 of your own sayings (What a great idea to make the pen so personal!) On one of the lines, I decided to put the baby shower date. When I received the email acknowledging my order, I noticed that I had typo in the date. I sent an email to FavorFavor.com to tell them my problem and asked if it could be corrected. Within 10 minutes, yes 10 minutes, I received a note from Margart saying that she had contacted their distributor and the problem would be corrected. I was relieved. When ordering the pens, the order form said that the pens would be shipped in 3 to 4 weeks. Within the same week, I received an acknowledgement that my pens were being shipped. The shipment notice included my original order with the wrong date. So I emailed the company again asking them to confirm that the order was corrected. Within two hours, I received a call from Janice saying that she again contacted the distributor and the error was corrected, but they forwarded the original order form. She apologized for the inconvience, but really, I was the one that created the problem; they just fixed it. So today, I received the pens (this was all within 1 week - Monday to Monday) and I cannot tell you how happy I am with with order. All information is correct!! Thank you Margaret and Janice. I am also very happy with the quality of the pens. You can be sure I will recommend Favor Favor to anyone I know looking for items for showers, wedding, any kind of party. I will also be sure to share my Customer Service story with them. I am sure it is one of the best. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you so much
