Carrie from LA (Redondo Beach, CA), 7/12/2011 2011-07-12 We chose these pea in the pod candles for my Twin Baby shower recently. To personalize them, we decided to order the stickers too. These candles are much smaller than you would think, and the stickers are bigger than the length of the candle! The sticker aspect doesn't really make sense. If you stick the stickers on the outside of the box, and if you removes the candle from the box, then the candles aren't personalized. We actually removed each candle individually from each box, had to cut off the blank spaces on the top and bottom of each round sticker (the stickers are actually bigger than the length of the candle!), and stick each on individually. Some of the stickers didn't stick so well. The other issue is of course, that when you burn the candle with the sticker on, it's a potential fire hazard. The worst part, however, is that when you light the candle, it actually burns off the baby's face! :( These are fine if they are just decorative, not for any practical purpose at all. Still rating them 4 star for "cuteness".

I did not take the plastic wrapping off them until the day of the shower, and they had a nice baby powder smell. Very pleased and the guests at the shower thought they were adorable.
