Some of the bows were a Lil difficult to get the plastic off the sticky tape, but it worked out. I was also sent the wrong labels, but I called and received the correct ones in a few days! Overall good customer service and good product.

I ordered these boxes for my daughter-in-law's baby shower and everyone thought they were adorable. A few in the pack unusable but had plenty. I would surely order these again for another event.
pat (schenectady, NY), 4/21/2011 2011-04-21 I received my order in a timely fasion, but at least half of the gift boxes were falling apart, the glue that held the boxes together was discolored and old looking, the flaps on the top of the boxes did not stick together either, I did not have time to send them back due to the timing of my Daughters baby shower, we had to get a glue stick and glue them all together, it made it very time consuming and difficult, a 1 hour party favor job turned into 3 hours. I am very dissapointed due to this.

Advertising ad never once mentioned assembly is needed and I assembled it backwards but it worked out. I added a satin ribbon to give it a little more character.

The bottom was broken and needed some type of material for closure (tape, glue) We had enough that assembled as intended and they were beautiful. I would order them again. Damage control in your company needs to know that too many bottoms were broken.

I filled mine with a pack of crackers and individually wrapped tea bags. Everyone enjoyed these favors and I was very pleased and satisfied with this product.
