The key chain and tape measure are really nice. The labels you have to attach are printed too small to be legible. I showed them to four other people who could not read them either. I called customer service and got only "thats the size template we use" and nothing else. So I had to have the labels REPRINTED by Kinkos. I then had to pay for the labels, printing and the original unreadable labels. Customer service could not have cared any less. Unhappy with their attitude and additional expense I had to incur to use item. Not a good item.
