Stella (Naperville, ), 11/9/2009 2009-11-09 These bears were nice, not cheapy looking. The only thing was the cap kind of looks like a top-hat (more for a boy) But I put a label on the lid and a pink ribbon around it and they looked great.

Filled with light & dark blue M&Ms, tied with a blue ribbon, topped with a personalized label, and added a tag that said "thank you for sharing this special occasion". My order arrived quickly and all 72 pieces were intact (no broken pieces!). GREAT!!

I received them in a timely fashion- after ordering last minute- and none of them were broken. I would definitely recommend this item. They're cute, simple and reasonable priced for any event. Suggestion: put the label on after you seal the bears. That way they'll be uniform.

(I'm a teddy bear freak) But filled with M and M's for a baby shower for favors - they are perfect! One was broken upon arrival so when you order be sure to have them mark the box fragile! on all sides. I did and one was still broken.

I ordered them later then I thought I should have so I had checked off the next day air service (for just about the same price as the whole order! - but I thought I had no choice) - but customer service emailed me and told me that my order would make it in time without next day air - so they credited my account for the air and sure enough I received my order in time for the party! I thought that was great customer service and showed that they really care about their customers. Would definitely order from them again.

Each bear was individually wrapped in bubble wrap, was placed between card board dividers, and each box of 2 dozen was wrapped in bubble wrap. There was no breakage, and the bears arrived in just a few days. We were very happy with this product. We also felt a ribbon around the neck helped to dress up the bears, as others suggested.
