They did it on their own, I did not have to ask for it or anything! I received the notepads w/in 48hrs of ordering them. There was a mistake on the labels and they sent me corrected labels in less than 24 hrs! Very impressed and thoroughly satisfied! One suggestion...do NOT bend the labels sharply...it will ruin it. We ordered from this site again just three weeks later for another shower! You have my business!

The rapid response was wonderful. Then the notepads came on time and they were better than I expected. Looked well made and guests all wanted more than one...lots of compliments. Would use this for another occasion. Cannot beat this for the price and trust me I shopped around.
