And very pleased with the way the bookmarks were gift boxed with a clear cover, tied with a ribbon and a heart shaped thank you. I purchased these for a women's retreat and they were a big hit. The quality is tops! I will be ordering these again for the next retreat I attend. The whole site was very easy to navigate and had a lot of variety to choose from.

When I called customer service, I didn't have to hold on the line and the agent was courteous and friendly (a plus!). The items purchased (with exception of mugs) came boxed with cute baby blue ribbons (yes, it's a boy) along with thank you notes attached. We're ready to go.
