Mirrors are nice. They arrived a day late (paid for 3 day service). Some of the silver ties were broken as well as the plastic cases they were in. I was also disappointed that the personalization was not a sticker but rather a print out to attach with the "For You" tag. I must have missed that bit of info in the product description.
From FavorFavor: Just to clear up the issue of the goods arriving "a day late" - this is not accurate. Although the customer paid for 3-Day shipping, we are very clear in several places on the site (including directly above the box where you choose the UPS service level) that the shipping option refers only to the transit time and does not include normal processing or production time. This order was placed on a Friday and shipped on Tuesday - which is only 2 business days, well within what we promise on the site.
