I purchased these mugs for my son's Christening. They arrived in a very timely manner and looked exactly like the picture on the web site.None were broken. I was very satisfied and thought they made a great favor. The price is higher due to set up and shipping but that is pretty standard regardless of where you order from. Would use again, and with pleasure!

i was very happy with my products it came at a timely fashion and they were very pretty there was just one problem some of the cups came broken and instead of them sending me replacements they sent me a credit for the cups and i had to order the cups again including the tax and shipping and other chargers...which i found ridiculous but other then that it was fine...

I am very happy with the mugs that I ordered. Only 2 were broken out of 75 so i can't complain. I think it's a nice favor as people will actually use them. Delivery was quick and I received them just as promised. I am very happy and will use and recommend this site to my friends.

It is a great idea if you are looking for an affordable party favors. But you get what you pay for. I got the standard white cup with a pink logo. The logo that I picked “baby on board” was not the one that you can view on the cup it self. I expected to be much bigger. I also wasn’t too trilled about the lettering and numbers. It gives you a warning that it comes standard, but again I didn’t expect to be that plain (ex. 4-25-09). Also, there are other charges, so it not going to cost you $1.49 per cup. After set up charges, special packaging charges, and shipping fees, it will come up to be over $2. One thing that was actually perfect was the timing. They ship the product really fast, so if you are looking for “last minute” idea this will be perfect for you.
From FavorFavor: I am sorry you were disappointed. We generally receive very favorable reviews on this item. I think the photos accurately show the size of the logo and text that will be printed. Further, the fact that the date will not be spelled out is pointed out before you order, as are all of the set-up fees. As a matter of fact we put the $39.99 set-up fee in red letters to make sure it gets noticed.

I received my order of mugs for the baby shower we are planning for my sister. I'm very satisfy with the mugs. One of my concern was that I would receive them broken or in pieces, but they were very carefully packed. I received them all in perfect condition. The personalized mugs look great and I received them just in time. Thank you guys for your wonderful work.

I bought this item for my daughter shower I really liked it. I also read the review from someone who also bought the mug. even though some were broken , when i call to report it the women in the office were so helpful and nice.they also are replacing the broken mugs. I would recommend this company and product.

I order the white coffee mugs for my best friend baby shower and it arrived on time. The mugs are very nice.The designs are amazing. They package the stuff well.I received it without any breakage. Thank you very much. I showed to my friends already and they love it.
