I also ordered personalized tea bags and put everything together with some Tulle, placed them at each table setting & they were a hit. I had ordered 10 extra to allow for breakage/cracks and not one arrived damaged. Very Very Happy with product, quality and cost.
Rebecca (Beverly Hills, CA), 5/7/2011 2011-05-07 These are cute party favors but there are a few things buyers should be aware of (that I wasn't, but wish I was before)... 1. ORDER MORE THAN YOU NEED! I ordered 50 cups for my baby shower that hosted 45 people, thinking I will have MORE than enough to keep for myself & any last min pop ups. Well, I was wrong. Shipping was quite fast and on time, however 7 cups arrived completely broken, leaving me with only 43 cups. I thought for sure they would replace the broken cups but all they would do is refund my money. I didn't care for the money back, I just wanted the 7 cups i waited over 6 weeks for! I was told that due to the high cost of production, it didnt make sense for them to send me replacements. So, I was left with 42 cups for 45 people - VERY frustrating. I never thought 7 cups would arrive broken, otherwise I would paid 10 more dollars and ordered a few more. 2. The cups are cute, but the writing and picture are fairly small in comparison to the size of the cup and would look much better a little bigger. I read that complaint on another review before I thought them but didn't think it would make a difference but now that i see them in person, it definitely does. Overall, I think the cups are cute and a good idea for party favors at a baby shower, birthday, etc. But I really don't like their policy of not replacing glassware items. It really put me in a compromising position because I had less favors than the amount of guests. Luckily, I had family members there who understood and didn't take any, which made up for the loss. None the less, still very embarrassing and frustrating - especially when you wait that long for them to arrive.
Therese (Farmingdale, NY), 5/7/2011 2011-05-07 The mugs are adorable but when I opened box 6 were broken and now I am short 6 mugs for my daughters communion. They refunded me 11$ but I really needed more mugs but they said it was too expensive to remake 6. So order a few extra!

I also got the baby shower hot chocolate and placed it in the cup with a small bag of teddy grahams tied with purple ribbon. I also placed some pink and purple tulle in the cup. The items were shipped promptly and I got 60 perfect mugs. Not one was broken.

None of it was broken & favor favor baby even put an extra mug in there! :) which i'm so glad. I figured that they must have done it just in case one of them breaks, I have an extra one. I think that was thoughtful of them to do that. My order came quickly too like 4 days after I ordered them, so I'm impressed.
