Item is beautiful and beautifully boxed just too many of them are in pieces!! Getting too close to the party date! Was going to order a couple hundred for our company's next function but will think twice.

They look foggy like a dirty window so it makes you wonder if it is plastic or crystal. I asked for replacements of the most defective ones and I was asked to send pictures of them twice, holding the shipping of the replacements. Not very happy with the overall experience.
