Favor Favor Baby offers competitive shipping options for all orders delivered within the continental United States.

All shipments will be made via UPS Ground, unless another shipment method is chosen at checkout. All Ground shipments will be charged based on the overall dollar amount of your order (before any discounts are applied) as follows:

Expedited shipping costs are determined based on the weight of the packages, and the shipping zip code. For your convenience, shipping cost estimates can be calculated from the shopping cart prior to your checkout.

When orders are shipped from multiple vendors, the total shipping cost will be the sum of the shipping cost from each vendor.

All orders are shipped via UPS.

All orders require a minimum of at least 1-3 business days before shipping. Business days are Monday thru Friday (Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days). If an order is placed after 3:30 PM Eastern Time, it will be considered placed the next business day. For example, if you place an order on Monday at 8:15 PM - it is considered an order from Tuesday.

Please note, due to the extra packing involved - the shipping charge for personalized glassware will not be at the rates listed above. A set-up charge will be included in each order, visible during checkout.

*Please note: UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. Please provide us with a valid street address!

You can order samples of any favor item in our store. We will only ship complete sets of items that come in sets. Sorry, but the maximum number of samples we will send is 3, and each item must be a separate item from the others. The cost for samples is the cost of the item(s) plus a shipping and handling charge of $7.95.

To place a sample order, simply use our sample order form, or email us at customer_service@favorfavor.com.

We accept payment by credit card only. We do not accept personal checks.

*sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to new york state.

We will replace any damaged or defective items that you receive as long as favorfavor.com has the items available. If the goods are not currently available, we will issue you a refund for the damaged items.

*please note, that all orders must be inspected, and all claims for damages or shortages must be made within 48 hours after the receipt of the shipment.

*Also note, damages for personalized glassware cannot be replaced due to the set-up costs involved. We can only offer a credit for the damaged pieces.

If you are not satisfied with your favor order (sorry, no refunds on sample orders) you may return the merchandise for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please call us at 1-888-wed-favor for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must be packaged in the original shipping cartons, including all packing materials. Please mark the RMA number on the outside of all cartons being returned. Call for instructions on returning the items.
