One of the sure things in life is the husband of a mother-to-be making himself scarce during the baby shower. But hey, it’s the 21^st century. It’s hip for a man to be in touch with his feminine side. So here are five easy things he can do to pitch in for your shower:

Plan! Save your wife some stress by tracking down all the phone numbers, addresses and emails for potential shower guests and send the follow-up reminders. Order everything you’ll need online, like favors from www.favorfavorbaby.com and other party necessities.

Mediate! There’s a good chance tensions will arise between family members or friends wrestling for control of the shower. If you remain impartial, you will be successful at gently delegating responsibility (and learning how to duck).
